Our organization was created with the vision to give business owners control over their exit strategy and provide support through the complexities of the process. Founded by Vincent Mastrovito of Prometis Partners, our goal is to help each of our members successfully transition their businesses.

We strive to provide value to our members through monthly educational meetings, social events, and access to a members-only LinkedIn group.
With a focus on a variety of topics, including cyber security, estate planning, peer shares, and business forums, we aim to equip attendees with the knowledge they need to navigate their exit plans. For us, creating a user-friendly experience and fostering a community of growth and learning is key.
